Homecoming Course

Course Overview

This is a 12-week online menstrual cycle awareness (MCA) course. Once the foundations of MCA has been laid, you will also adopt a new lexicon for your cycle. My aim is that you will start to (re)build trust with your cycle and over time, you will learn more about yourself. As a result, you should be able to navigate your life with more confidence, grace, and precision which will improve all areas of your life.

Starting with a live community session, you're invited to share your intentions for joining and practice active listening with the other women.

Each week for seven weeks, you will receive a one hour recording of the teachings and self care practice to implement for that week. We will then meet as a group each Sunday for you to share what you've experienced that week and for you to ask any questions.

Once the core teachings have been shared, we will move into a four week integration period where we will continue to meet weekly. You will also receive a private one-to-one mentoring session to give you the opportunity to dive deeper into your cycle to see what's coming up for you.

Ending with a live community session, you're invited to share your experience of menstrual cycle awareness and your intentions going forward.

#9 Sunday 04 April - Live sharing. Private mentoring session during integration week;

#10 Sunday 11 April - Live sharing. Private mentoring session during integration week;

#11 Sunday 18 April - Live sharing. Private mentoring session during integration week;
#12 Sunday 25 April - Live sharing.

Time

Each live session will be 1.5 hours long. The time will be announced once everyone has confirmed their place and I know which time zones need to be considered. The seven weekly recordings will be one hour as well as the one-to-one mentoring session.

Do I need to dial in live?

You will be invited to share and practice active listening in the sessions so it would be lovely for you to dial in if you can. If you can’t make the live session, you will have access to the recording about an hour after we meet. Another aim of the live calls is to create a community of cycle aware women in which you get to know others on the same journey as you. When the course ends, you will hopefully have created some bonds within the group which you will be able to continue as you dive deeper into MCA.
